Q about Sauces for Lamb
I like to serve sauces with my proteins... marinara for eggplant, gravy or applesauce or cranberry sauce for poultry, ketchup or bbq sauce for beef, pineapple for ham, etc....
I am making a pretty plain, classic roasted lamb soon. I don't eat red meat at all and this will be my first time cooking it, so I picked something simple. But I'm afraid it'll be dry and it doesn't state what to serve alongside it... What kinds of sauces go with lamb?

Re: Q about Sauces for Lamb
I ended up using a horseradish-cream sauce and got rave reviews!
