Q FOR C SECTION MOMS

OK so I know this post doesn't belong here , but didn't know where else to post it. I have a Q , when you get a bikini wax , do you wax around the scar? is it ok to do that?
sorry I can't stop Chat Icon Chat Icon and Chat Icon Chat Icon

Good question. That is a question that I would def ask the dr. I plan too. I plan on waxing down there as soon as I can.

I am also 7 m pp and afraid to shave around the scar, but we were talking about going to the black sea shore this summer and I need to do something about my bikini area,LOL, I am afraid to wax , maybe I 'll ask my doc and see what she says.

Re: Q FOR C SECTION MOMS

My scar is so low I'd have no need to wax around it. Kudos to mommies that have the body to wear a tiny bikini!!! If I did, I'd be hesitant to wax over my scar because I had complications with my wound reopening and my incision wasn't officially closed until 12 weeks pp.

Re: Q FOR C SECTION MOMS

Yeah, I'd be nervous about getting a waxing done yet also... I'm 6wks pp, and even tho I was given the all clear, I am still sore...

it's low , but not low enough, if I want to wear a cute low- rise bikini I would have to wax or something.Chat Icon
