Q for chocolate lollipop makers - where can i store them for a few days?
It didn't occur to me OF COURSE, until after i made tons of them that they would melt in the warmth - my house has central ac but, for some reason it is not cool enough...they are already looking a little sweaty! Where can I store them? Is the fridge ok? I was thinking yes but i thought someone once told me no?
Also - maybe you can tell me why my chocolate pops are going from shiny to having a wet - sweaty look? It's not even hot in here! UGH!

I had the left over ones in the fridge for a couple of days but not individual wrapped they were in a tuberware and they were fine.

Keep them in the fridge. Just make sure they are sealed tightly. Flash freeze them first, then individually wrap them and place in tupperware or a tin-foil lined shoe-box (poor man's tupperware!).
