Q for ladies who have the Olay version of the clarisonic
This is going to seem so stupid but I cannot figure out how to get the batteries in it to use it. and I thought it was just me but DH couldn't do it either! Where does it open?

The piece on the bottom comes off. You have to kind of rock it side to side to get it off. It's on there really well to make it waterproof.

On the bottom of the handle. I had to pull really really hard to get it open. It took me so long because I didn't want to break it. I finally looked on you tube for a video!

I had no idea there was an Olay version. I think I'm going to get it. Will I need to buy any replacement parts? Like an extra brush or anything? or specific face washes?

Everything comes with it, however they do sell replacement heads and different kinds of pads depending what kind of a exfoliater you want. And they obviously want you to use their own washes, personally I hated their cleansers, thought they smellled

They sell the replacement brushes at the drugstore for like $10. I use all types of facewash with it (Exfoliators, regular Neutrogena, etc). I love it.
Yes the battery pack takes some beastly strength to get off...I'm not looking forward to replacing the batteries
