Q for you if you bought your baby furniture at Bellini?
Were you happy with the service? Are you happy with the quality of the furniture?
Considering getting my furniture here...thanks in advance!

I bought mine from a Bellini store in NJ and had a terrible, terrible experience with them. 6 weeks before the baby was due, they told me my furniture was discontinued (after I ordered it months and months before that). They were less than helpful in trying to locate the missing pieces.
Now that I have it, I am not impressed with the quality. BUT I do have to say I think it if just with this set. My SIL's 2 kids have Bellini sets and they have held up great.
I have a Bellini crib and it's the Annie crib (a different line than the furniture I have) and think it's made really well. So mine might have just been a fluke.
I went into the Manhasset store and they were BEYOND nasty. The Rockville Centre store were SO nice.

My MIL got into a fight at the Manhassat store since they were so nasty
Rockville Centre was snobby as hell
The men who came to deliver the furniture were beyond rude and late!!
I loved the changing table--thats why i got it there
The Staten Island store the people were nice

I bought mine in Melville and had a FANTASTIC experience......
I LOVE the furniture, especially the changing table and my furniture came in 5 weeks early, was delivered on time and the delivery men put everything in place for me.....
Also, there was a small stain on the armrest of the rocker, I called the store and they had another store send new ones and I had them 2 days later.......
The woman that manages the store there is really great and helpful...... They were recommended to me by 2 co-workers who also had a great experience.......
Also, I bought during a 20% off sale... so you should keep your eyes open for that........we saved quite a bit of money....
