Q if you use Similac Advance RTF - Q about the foil seal...
So you know how when u open the bottle you have to break the foil seal with the cap and peel it off? I always hate this b/c i always feel like the break isn't that clean - i try to peel away the excess foil and plastic but some of it is still stuck on the side and i just push it against it...I am ALWAYS AFRAID I when I shake it up a piece of the foil is going to break into the formula...well, today i found a piece of the foil in the cap Any suggestions for how to get it off completely so I don'thave to worry? TIA.

I don't think there is a way to get it off cleanly...at least I haven't been able to as of yet.

I don't try to peel it off. I just fold over half of it so I can pour it out.

I just tried this but you still have the serated edges on the other end right? And then you have the formula washing over the foil when you shake it?

No, I peel it halfway and then fold it under. So it's sealed over half of the opening with the serrated edge underneath. I've never had a problem when I shake the bottle.
