Q regarding estrace, lining and FET UPDATE
I went in cd2 and my lining was a 3. I started taking estrace that evening .I was on 2 2mg pills from cd2-10 and then they increaased it to 3 pills a day. I have been taking 3 pills a day since cd10. Its now cd 13. Today was my first lining check but its only up to 6 from 3 on cd2. I know from my med and unmed IUIs and my 2 ivfs that my lining has been much thicker in the past at this point. What is going on?? Do you think this will have any effect on my transfer? I was hoping to have one cycle without issues, guess not. I have to wait until this afternoon to get my instructions. I was hoping to have my transfer by Wed but now I think its probably Friday at the earliest.
UPDATE
Well now I am even more concerned. Dr. D did my sono today and told me I probably would not have to come back until Tuesday, Mon at the earliest. I checked my VM and I have to come in tomorrow. I called and Dr.K apparently wants them to re-measure my lining. UGH Please say some prayers everything turns out ok. Plus now I am going to miss my 10k tomorrow.

They cancelled my FET four times because my lining never got "thick" enough. North Shore wouldn't transfer with a lining of 6, some places will. They had me on pills, patches and even VIAGRA! Nothing worked. I hate to be negative, but they may end up cancelling if you lining does not thicken up. No one told me that could happen and I was so upset the first time it did. I wish someone had warned me of the possibility of the entire cycle being a bust.
Finally we did an unmedicated cycle and my lining got to an 8 and my FET worked.

OK this is exactly what I am worried about. I am also so p*ssed (not at anyone in particular) b/c I decided to do a medicated cycle for the precise reason that I did not want to have to worry about my lining I would have been better off just doing a non-medicated cycle. WHY does there have to be an issue every time??!!!!

I have no idea but I just wanted to wish you luck and hope your lining thickens up! Did they call yet today??? Did they tell you what the minimum lining needs to be? Maybe the last couple of days things go faster????

Reading this later, how did today go????? Thinking of you. Praying the lining is thicker
Its like the second you take your guard down something happens. I need to remember not to take it down also. Better to be prepared.
