I actually never thought him but once they showed him, I wasn't in shock though. But his reason didnt seem to make sense.
Also, did they ever say what the other twin was locked up for?

OK here are my thoughts. Huge fan! ********spoilers below*************
My sister and I are Quantico fanatics. We often talked about splicing episodes so we didn't have to watch flashbacks etc.  crazy
So early in the season, I said, "Liam has something to hide about Alex' dad and he's the terrorist, trying to use her as a scapegoat to shut her up" If you notice, they never show you the actual footage that she shot her father. There is a camera cut and all you see is a gun going off. they never show you who fires it (in the couple of shots they have of the incident) There are only her memories replaying in her head of how things went down, and her memories are shaped by what she's been told. In theory, I don't think she shot her dad. I thought Liam was hiding something, esp. when they talked about his drinking problem. I am completely disgusted that she slept with him... *ugh* and since they never showed that, we never knew why or how. Now, we know it was manipulation.
When the scrambly voice first appeared, I changed my mind. I was convinced that the mastermind was Miranda. I thought she had Alex pegged as the smart one and that was a threat to her. I was wrong.
I was dying to know how Shelby's affair with Caleb's dad began... and now we know. We also know why Caleb was so so devastated by this affair. He truly loves Shelby and has tried to do anything to protect her heart.
Do you think Natalie is alive somewhere?
Overall I wasn't shocked at the ending. I expected a true twist... anyone else?

I just feel like the reason he gave Miranda didnt make any sense at all. Did it make sense to you?
I thought for awhile it was Caleb. Obviously its not, but is Caleb working for Liam?? When Alex went to "rescue" him, remember he made that call "oh she bought it, we are leaving now" Who was that call to?
The way they were making it seem, it was that Miranda was the terrorist...
I kept wondering why they never showed the whole Alex/Liam hookup thing or really even talked about it. It was more just alluded to.
I reallllly want to trust Simon, but i'm not 100% there.
And Caleb really did/does love Shelby, i actually feel bad for him. i somehow dont think that the deal with the cult is over with.

I thought so too, but she seems to totally be on Alex's side....and the call made it seem like he was plotting against Alex
Did anyone else think that his addiction was made up? But the more I see him, the more I think maybe not.

I thought he was fake the addiction and his mom was in on it. I thought that is who he called. I thought his mom wanted her out with him bye her side to get info about what was going on. She was already on the Alex being involved in stuff.
I love this show! I was not super surprised by who it turned out to be and yet the whole time, He was not who I thought it would be.

This show is so messy! It's feels like they had something in mind at some point then changed gears mid-way through. Like killing off Natalie, but then she's not in any flashback scenes. Or that Booth and Natalie were dating but in the season finale Alex and Booth were all over each other like nothing happened. I'm glad that storyline is over - maybe next season they can do a little better. I'm hoping they cut out all the flashbacks and have one timeline.
And seriously, what's up with Booth's Grizzly Adams beard?!

At one point; I was using Alex's hair as a point of reference. Longer in the flashbacks; shorter in current time.

I use Shelby's as a timeline.
Finally caught up! I wasn't expecting him to be the voice, but he's been a train wreck from the beginning so not really surprised.
I do get confused as to how the flashbacks fit together though.
