Qucik question - How long do you think wil stay fresh??
I want to go to Costco on Sunday and get a desert or 2 for turkey day.
If I get a pumpkin pie (or something similar) as long as I keep it closed and sealed until thanksgiving it should be fine right? as in, not stale.

If think it should be fine. When we buy baked goods for dessert, we take longer than 3-4 days to finish them with no issue.

Box should have the sell by date- and even then you are probably still good for a day or 2 after if you keep it closed- and you can even refrigerate it.
