QUEEN LATIFAH IN A SWIMSUIT!!
March 20, 2007. MediaTakeOut.com obtained pics of Queen Latifah frolicking on the beach to celebrate her 37th birthday. And she actually looks pretty good too. Queen knows she's a big girl, so she's making sure she's pretty well covered.
We also got a pic which, according to internet rumors, shows her with her new girlfriend Heidy. Guess she's moved on from Jeanette Jenkins Image Attachment(s):

I know a lot of people probably think she doesn't look so great.
I think she does. She's come a long way from the UNITY days and I'm sure it's been a struggle. Weight loss, breast reduction, the death of her brother.
It's not easy to be "big" in hollywood, especially under the intrusive eye of the paparazzi.
Nevertheless, she always conducts and carries her self like a lady.
I don't know why I felt I needed to defend her, but I'm jumping off my soapbox now.

I think she looks great and it's refreshing to see someone who doesn't fit the mold of "beauty standards", be so comfortable with their body.
That said, I think she could have faired better with a suit with better support. The suit is unflattering.
