Queens bootcamp - I started today!
I started at this bootcamp today and I am sore as H*LL!!!!!

So far this is going really well. It is in the hockey rink along the Cross Is. Pkway in bayside. It is really nice to see the sun come up when you are done with your workout!
Becky is amazing! She not only works you out, she gives you nutritional advice as well - we actually met for a nutritional seminar at Yogurteria last night and we turn in our food diaries on Fridays and she makes some suggestions on how to change your diet so you can see better results.
She is super fit and super pretty - but she is so NOT intimidating. She is like your best girlfriend and she really pushes you to do your best. I think I am going to do this again next month! If anyone wants any more info - FM me!!!!!
