Question...
I was taking the pill for 3 years and stopped three months ago. I got my period the next month and then nothing. I have had PMS symptoms for about three weeks now...very emotional, crampy, bloated, etc. My sister had an extra pregnancy test at home so as a joke last week I took it and it was negative. But I just have this feeling. Is it worth taking another one or is this just the effects of coming off the pill?

I've been off the pill since 5/7 and AF still isn't "normal"

It could be either but Im going to gues s its probably the pill - you're body had to readjust to being off of it. Good luck and I hope you feel better soon!

Not to scare you, but I became PG 2 days after being off the pill. But I did show a positive on the HPT right away. I know it can take about an average of 6 months for your body to adjust to being off the pill.
