question..
so we have not really tried for a baby since our loss and dh and i want to get back on track in the next 2 months...
my doc wants me to come in for full blood work and for prenatal vitamins before we start..
so to add injury to insult..even though we got preggo and had a mc it turns out im not ovulating every month..
she suggested if i wanted to go on meds to make me ovulate more..
ive heard some horroe stories bout these meds and not sure if we should just try old fashioned way and chart when i ovulate or take the meds..
anyone on here been on them?
thanks for reading

Re: question..
Which medications specifically are you referring to? I have experience with fertility drugs and so far I don't have any horror stories- just lots of tolerable bloating......

Re: question..
I was on Clomid my last cycle (which I got pregnant on, then lost the baby). It was fine for me. I had no side effects. My friend was on Clomid for a few months and her husband called it the Clomid Monster because of the way she was on them. So I think that each person's reactions to a medication can be different and you won't know until you are on it. My mother doesn't think I should go back on it when I start my next cycle for IUI. I did two IUIs. One natural, one with Clomid. Didn't get pregnant with my natural cycle so guess which route I'm going when I can start again?! To me it's a no brainer,it helped me get pregnant the first time I took it. If it makes you feel better, you only take the Clomid for 5 days. Good luck!
