Question about being Sick and TTC

I've had a sore throat for almost two weeks...got it checked out last night and its not STREP..thank god.
I do have some yellow mucus in morning (tmi-sorry), so this tells me that i have a little infection going on, even though i don't have a cold.
SO, if i did conceive this cycle, would the baby get my infection?
Hoping the answer is going to be NO.

The baby would be fine. You don't start sharing blood with the baby til like 6 or 7 weeks (maybe evern later). And I don't think you can pass things like that on, but I could be wrong. You wouldn't pass anything on.
