question about buying clothes for baby

Allison was 10lbs at birth. she is still wearing 0-3 at 5 weeks but soon will be in 3-6 i think.

I wento Khols today and they are having AMAZING sales and i wanted to buy her some stiff for next year b/c thats when i have clothes for her up to. She has a closet full of clothes form 0-3 all the way to 12 months and even some 18 months for next summer. She wil lbe between9-11 months next summer and since she is big i bought her 12-18 months stuff for next year when khols was having summer clearence sales. Now they are having great sales on bodysuits and pants and i dont knwo if i shoud get 18months or 24months what do you think?

Plus i have a 30 cash card for them, because you got 10 for every 50 you spent to day and my mom and i went a little crazy shopping today

Gianna was born at 7lbs 11oz about 2.5 weeks early.. She will be 9 months on sunday and she is wearing 12-18 months for the fall now once she starts to walk I am sure she lose some of it... All the 6-9 months stuff looks like capris.. She just had her dr's appt and she is 23 1/2 lbs and 29 1/2 inches she is past 97th percentile for both, and she has been on the bigger size since about 4 months..

Not sure if boys are different, but Nate was a 10lb baby also. He was 12 months in June and wearing 12M and some 18M clothes. He's 16 months now and still wearing mostly 18M. He's tall for is age but he's slimmed down alot since he's been walking.

I also think it depends on the designer..... I found that Children's Place and JCPenney's Arizona line clothes run big, he's still wearing stuff from them that are 12M. Carters clothes run a little small IMO.
