Question about caffeine intake
For all of you ladies who are experts at finding stuff online, does anyone know how much caffeine is safe while pregnant?
I know they say a couple cups of coffee is fine, but I want to know in mgs.....TIA!

this is just a vague memory, but I thought it was below 200 mg....
I'm trying to avoid ALL caffeine... (except I refuse to give-up chocolate  )

No more than 200mg a day.
I have seen that number in a bunch of places.

My OB said I can have up to 300mg/day.

i don't ever have caffeine and yesterday i had three small glasses of regular coke  i hope the baby didn't mind too much 
i have heard that one to two cups of regular coffee a day is fine
