Question about CBEFM testing??

I pee at least two times a night on a regular basis. I know you are supposed to do the FMU and Ive heard that peeing in the night can throw it off. So last night I got up to use the bathroom at 1:45, then again at 3:30 and then again at 9:00 am. I used the 9am one because I figured this gave me at least 5 hours of it being held...do you think that is Ok or am I better off storing it in a cup at an earlier time?? I figured that they dont know what time Im going to bed...what if I only went to bed at 3:30, then my FMU would be at 9, when I woke up, which is what I used. So confusing!!! Its my first month using it and I havent had a high fertility day yet..Im on CD 11. TIA!!

i used to pee during the nite all the time, but always used the pee when i got up and ready for work at 6am. it had been a few hours anyway since my last pee, and nothing to drink so i figured it was fine. and i always used to get high/peak days.

so i think you're fine.

there is a # i think you can call and ask them anyway.
