Question about CD1-sorry if TMI
Well, AF is here unfortunately. But, here's the thing. Saturday afternoon, I went to the bathroom and saw a small amount of blood. I put in a tampon, and then later that night when I took it out, it was "clean"-sorry TMI. Then yesterday (Sunday) she was back in full force.
Which day would you count as day 1?

I would count first day of full flow as CD1.

I mark spotting on my chart (Fertilityfriend) and they don't count day 1 until I mark heavy or moderate.

CD 1 is the first full day of heavy bleeding. spotting is left over blood from last cycle.
