question about CM

Hello all! This is my first month off of BCP and I am taking the whatever happens happens attitude right now. Initially we were going to wait one cycle before adapting this attitude, but that didn't happen (whoops). So I have read the TCOYF and I am familiarizing myself with the signs of ovulation. I really haven't had any EWCM so far and I am on CD 18. I know my cycle can be weird from being on BCP for so long (8+ years) but I also read that taking antihistamines can "dry" it out and not make it as "wet". I take either Zyrtec or Claritin every morning. Has anyone experienced less CM as a result of taking allergy medications?

Hi! I take Zyrtex and honestly never noticed it drying out. I did get EWCM last cycle taking the allergy medicine everyday.

I might be immuned to Zyrtex though. I've been taking it for a year now.

Thanks! I am sure my body is also out of whack from the BCP. It will figure itself out eventually! I appreciate your input!
