Question about cooking with alcohol
this may be a silly question but can you still eat things that have alcohol in them, like a wine sauceif you're preggers?

as far as i know the answer would be yes. the actual alcohol content burns off in the cooking process. all that is left is the flavor. HTH

Yes, while a wine sauce is cooking the alcohol burns off just leaving the yummy taste :)

yes-whenever you cook with alcohol, the alcoholic portion of it cooks off with the heat
