Question about feeding baby on plane tonight/ear pain

If Jordan happens to be sleeping when we're taking off (which I doubt, but you never know because we're doing night flights) do I semi-wake him to try and take a bottle for ear pressure, or do I let him sleeo and just have a bottle ready in case he wakes up crying?

Thanks!

Let him sleep! if the pain isn't bothering him enough to wake him, you are golden!!

Also, FYI - it is generally landing that causes the pain, not taking off Chat Icon Chat Icon

Thanks, Felice - you're right - I remember that from my own ear pain as a child!Chat Icon

Also, have the bottle ready to go. If he does fall asleep, you want that bottle good to go as soon as he wakes up, you don't want to be struggling with a crying baby trying to make a bottle at the same time Chat Icon Chat Icon You are better off throwing it away if you don't need it...

We will definitely have all the bottles ready -too difficult to do at airport/airplane with formula, oatmeal, etc. We just prepare them "dry" and add water.

Bite your tongue - we cannot throw out non-insurance covered ElecareChat Icon
