Question about feeding solids
We're going to start Jackson on solids next week, and I was wondering if it matters what time of day to do it? First thing in the morning, or last meal at night? And do you then still feed a bottle afterwards, but just a small bottle?

Re: Question about feeding solids
When we started Jenna (which seems ages ago!) I started in the am just in case she had a reaction I didn't want it to be late at night.

Re: Question about feeding solids
I agree, early in the day so you can watch for any reactions. Follow with a bottle, its unlikely much will get eaten the first time.

Re: Question about feeding solids
That's what I was going to try to do, or first thing when I get home from work in the afternoon.
Thanks!

Re: Question about feeding solids
I fed her in the morning. That way if she had an allergic reaction, someone would notice. I still introduce new foods to her in the morning.
