Question about feeling the baby move??
Last week for a few days I started to feel the baby move around - ALOT !! And now this week hardly anything.... I just called the Dr. and will be going over this afternoon to listen to the heartbeat - and make sure everything is ok.
Is this normal??? Has anyone else experienced this?? I am starting to worry....
I am 24 weeks.

Re: Question about feeling the baby move??
My little munchkin was CRAZY at 22-24 weeks... he calmed down a lot this week though. I miss the crazy movements!

Re: Question about feeling the baby move??
I'm 28 weeks and have always had a pattern of movement where I feel a lot of movements for a few days, followed by one or two quiet days, where I have to lay down and really pay attention to feel anything (and even then its very soft and easy to miss). I've spoken to my doctor about it and he wasn't concerned. I HATE the quiet days, but I just look at it as this is the way it has always been for me so it can't be that abnormal.

Re: Question about feeling the baby move??
I started feeling the baby alot at 25 weeks. Since then I have had days where she never stops and days when I hardly feel her at all. The days I hardly feel her make me so nervous! I mentioned this to my dr but he was not concerned. It's good that you are going to get checked though...it will give you peace of mind!

this happened to me around the same time. I freaked out and called the dr. but just as I was about to go in I felt it again. I think the baby just has its lazy days I wouldnt worry too much.

Re: Question about feeling the baby move??
I had a lot of movement a few weeks ago and than last week i was getting nervous because it was a lot less. I am 23 weeks and this week it is very active again. People say it is normal but if it makes you feel better def. call the doctor!

Re: Question about feeling the baby move??
i am 23w & i have yet to feel the baby move, but I went to my OB on Monday bc I was concerned. Apparantly my little is doing fine, just very content & lazy. So I guess I won't feel him until he is so cramped!
