Question about finding a new OB/Midwife??

I just got my BFP on Friday and now i need to find a new OB or Midwife. Im looking for one who will possibly let me have a VBAC. I only have a few weeks if that before i start getting sick from Hyperemesis and at that point i will be in bed for 6 or so months not being able to move. A few ladies on the parenting board gave me some numbers for drs who have allowed VBACs in the past. Im just wondering if its as easy as just calling and asking if their drs do vbacs or would i have to schedule an Appt? If i have to go see all of them i may not get a chance before i start getting sick. Damn you hyperemesis!!!!!!!!!!! Just wanted to see what you ladies though, im not feeling so hot today so i will start calling around tomorrow. Thanks!!

you can also go through your insurance network and see what you may find and do research on the dr.'s
