Question about first post partum AF
I have heard from friends and read on here that the first post partum AF is really heavy. I stopped BFing completely a month ago and a month to the day I got what I thought was AF but it has just been very light spotting - for 5 days now.
Has anyone experienced this? I'm not sure if this is all I should expect or is it going to get heavier?

Mine wasn't heavy at all. it was more than spotting though.

Mine started as spotting- for quite a few days, then went to a full on AF.
