Question about going into labor naturally- vbac related
My dr said I have to go into labor naturally for a vbac. What does she mean naturally? contractions? With my last pregnancy I had a bloody show, then the dr broke my water and contraction started. What if the same thing happens again, is that considered going into labor naturally? Or will they give me another c/s when I have the bloody show?

I had a vbac. Naturally means you can't be induced. You must go into labor on your own and, aside from an epidural, no assistance of any sort.

Yes they can - I was 5 cm when they broke my water and I had my bloody show right after that.
My OB even told me that if for some reason my contractions slowed they could give me a very low dose of pitocin but luckily I didn't need it.
