Question about Levittown homes.
Hi was wondering if any houses in Levittown have gas or are they oil only?? Has anyone converted? Thx.

Most houses are oil only with electric stoves. There are some gas lines on the more major roads like Wantagh ave, north Jerusalem, and maybe gardiners.
The only real way to know is to ask national grid and give them an address.
I live in a house (not in Levittown) that had no gas. During my renovations I had propane installed for cooking, BBQ, and dryers. I love my propane vs electric stove.
The plumbers installed gas lines throughout my house large enough to support natural gas. So if gas ever became available in my house, I can easily convert since all the pipes are ran already.
