Question about Luteal Phase
The day you get your AF is not part of the Luteal Phase, correct?
For instance, I have a 14 day Luteal Phase, and I get my AF on the day after (the 15th day I guess). If I got AF on the 14th day, my Luteal Phase would be 13 days?

That is correct.
You do not count the first day of your AF as part of the LP....and same thing goes for you O day, you do not count that day as well...
