Question about my cycle

So I am usually on a 27-28 day cycle, have been for the past year or so. The last 2 months, I have been getting AF on CD 23

If I wanted to take an OPT, what day should I start?

yea maybe a couple days after AF leaves..

i know it can be alot of money if you started the day AF was gone.. its tough. but then again if you are always on a 23 day cycle now, you might only have to test one month!

thats what i do.. i have only used them one month.. i am very regular.. then i just go by that day and around it!

i usually started taking the OPKs on CD 7 (i have short cycles too).

i actually found out that i have short cycles because my LP was too short (10 days or less) and i found that taking b-complex vitamins helped a lot (i got PG on my second month of taking the vitamins).

ETA - today is CD7 already for me, I wonder if I missed my window. I will take it tonight

do you have to do it with FMU or does it not matter?
