Question about Natural M/C and Beta Monitoring (Updated)
If you experienced a natural m/c and were having your beta checked, did you start bleeding before your beta reached 0?

Question about Natural M/C and Beta Monitoring
The last beta they did showed 6 or 9 or something like that - as long as it got down below 10 it's considered normal. I started bleeding and it was still almost 100 (it was in between the 170 and the 70 beta checks).
I'm so sorry, it's never easy going through this.

Question about Natural M/C and Beta Monitoring
I Mc the night of 9w5d. I started bleeding that day and it was so bad it reminded me of the exorcist (I know tmi). Before that, my levels were rising fine but I spotted the whole time. I bled for like 2-3 days during the Mc and then spotted the whole time till my levels went back to zero. It took about 6wks for my levels to drop aand about 8 weeks for my periodto ccome (after that horrible day). It was pure torture. Sorry for everything your going through!

Re: Question about Natural M/C and Beta Monitoring
I bled on and off for months. From the start of the miscarriage it took over 4 months for my beta to get to 0 . It was awful!! I was around 7wks.

Re: Question about Natural M/C and Beta Monitoring
Thanks for the responses. It looks like it was just my lining shedding based on sonos but since my beta rose (again) after falling (again) they're making the call that it's ectopic and I will have the methotrexate shot tomorrow.

sorry to hear its ectopic but better to know now and treat it because you could lose a tube if you wait too long to treat it. it def sounds that way based on the betas. good luck
