Question about PB furniture delivery

It says it ships 5-7 days via UPS. Do they deliver to the actual room or just leave it in your foyer? Meaning will they bring Ryan's bedroom furniture up to his room or only go as far as my entry way?

Thanks!

Re: Question about PB furniture delivery

Depends on the item. Is it coming by scheduled delivery or ups? UPS...then I woiuld think it's something you have to assemble and it will be left at your door.

Re: Question about PB furniture delivery

Hmmm... I just ordered a bed from PB and they brought it upstairs and assembled it, but it was not delivered via UPS. Sounds as though your furniture doesn't require assembly so it's being handled by UPS, which makes me think they'll leave it by the front door or your foyer if you're lucky.

I've experienced both situations.

A bed was delivered by a two man crew and assembled in the room.

A desk was delivered UPS and needed partial assembly.
It was left in my driveway by my front door despite me requesting a late delivery time and a signature. Chat Icon

Price doesn't determine it either. Both were pricey items and within about $50. of each other.

Pottery Barn sub contracts delivery of all non UPS items. You need to schedule a date and time frame with the delivery company.

It should specify in the catalog or on your order.
