question about sherry
I just bought a bottle of sherry to cook with however I only need a little so what do I do with the rest? Does it have to be refrigerated or left out and how long does it stay good for?

you should not have to refrigerate it...just read the bottle. Its like a vinegar/wine....jsut keep it in a dark cool place and it will stay good for a while

Ditto. I wouldn't put it in the fridge.

I usually put it in the frige but it's not necessary. I know in the frige it will last easily 6 mo to a year.....
