question about sweat!
i havent been sweating at the gym lately. i work out fr 30 min. on the elliptical at different levels. however sometimes i sweat after the workout... i find that weird... waht does it mean if you dont sweat during??

i rarely sweat when i work out, weight train. i don't think it means anything other then we dont' sweat.....

Maybe you're not getting your heart rate up that high....that's why you're not sweating as much. Also, maybe you got accustomed to your daily routine.

yea i changed it up today higher intensity... but still not that much sweat weird

You probably just don't sweat that much. I am a sweater...like instantly as soon as I start working out. But I have a friend who can take a class with me and work just as hard and not hardly sweat at all.
