Question about taxes (I"ll ask my accountant as well)
Long story - we just found out we owe about another 1500 in taxes.
We don't have all of that - is it legal to pay in increments, like some type of payment plan?

Yes, the IRS will work out a payment plan with you. They would rather get your money slowly than not at all.

I sent up a payment plan when I found out I owed back taxes
it was no big deal
make sure you get the letter saying you paid it when you are done
you need to send that to the credit agencies your self

At this point, I think every credit agency knows us by our 1st names. 
thanks ladies - I feel better!
How do I set up this payment plan? Via my accountant? Or just a nice letter saying, "Hi, we are poor as sh!t, can you give us a break?"
