Question about the 30 day ab challenge
I notice the amt of sit-ups and crunches increases as the days go on...say you are day 18 and the calendar says to do 80 sit-ups and 110 crunches..can I break them up in groups? Like do 40 sit-ups and 60 crunches take a break by doing another workout like arms and comeback to finish the ab challenge? Or does it have to be in one sitting? I sooo hope this makes sense! Lol

I haven't go there cause I'm at day 10, but I would think so. It's still doing the amount of abs. I break them out in sets but knock it out first cause I just want to get it over with .. Lol

I am on day 17 with 75 sit-ups. I break it into 2 groups (for now). As long as you finish it, I don't see the harm. I just wouldn't stop for an extended period of time in between sets.

I'm wondering the same thing! I'm on day 7 so so far it hasn't been undoable in one sitting. the 125/200 is scaring me!!!

I'm on day 13. Today I have to do 60 sit-ups, 75 crunches, 40 leg raises and 50s plank.
The plan is to break it up into sets
2 sets of 30 sit-ups=60 3 sets of 25 crunches=75 2 sets of 20 leg raises=40 1 set of 50s plank
I always look forward to the rest days
