Question about the dirty diaper baby shower game

I'm planning my daughters baby shower and she wants to play this game. We're planning on using 10 different chocolate candies (10 diapers) We are having 4 or 5 tables of 8 or 10 at a table. What's the best way to do it? If we make up 1 set, then 3 tables will be sitting and waiting for them to be passed around. Do we make up a set for each table so everyone is doing it at the same time? I thought of making up 2 sets, but then 2 tables will still be sitting and waiting. TIA

The last baby shower I went to, they had one to the side of everyone's plate & then someone made an announcement they were going to play & everyone opened them at the same time. Those with tootsie rolls inside won something, the others had sour patch kids or swedish fish inside.

At my friend's shower, they set up a display and people just casually went over when they felt like and wrote their guesses on a card with their name. The people that got the most correct won a prize.

At my shower, it was done "hot potato" style. 2-3 diapers per table with only one with a "prize" inside. They played music and when it stopped, whoever had the diaper opened it to reveal what was inside.
