Question about weighing food
I hope this isnt a stupid question 
When I weight the frozen sweer potato fries, I measured out 6oz. After I cooked them , I reweighed them ( I dont know whay) and it was only 3oz on the scale  . This is messing with my head since I weigh most food with weight watchers!
Which is the more accurate weight?

WW tells you to weigh everything after it is cooked.
