Question about Weight Watchers Points
I put all the information in my weight watchers calculator..but when I got to the part were it asks for fiber..the package said less than 1g..do i count it as 0g or 1....its a difference between 2 points plus or 4 points plus..which should i use? Thanks

I think less than 1= 0. Not 100%, but that's what I do.
It's amazing how fiber changes the Points Plus value, though!

it really stinks...the only cookies i eat too..3 for 4 points...guess I will eat them sparingly..thanks for your help

Whenever it says less than 1 you count it as 0.
