Question about WW points?
Today I had 3/4 of a talapia francese dish. How many points do you think that is on weigh watchers?

You need to say how big the actual tilapia is because we don't know how big your plate was  Was it the size of an 3x5 index card? That's about 3oz. It is pan friend so you can always figure out fried tilapia is and put it into you tracker that way.

francese is v high. I made my own so I could plug it in for 100 percent accuracy. I used ww flour on the chicken instead of white, dipped meat in egg whites only, didn't go overboard with the butter, etc. With the chicken - and i did not have a big piece - it was something like 12 points.
