Question for BTDT ladies..(IUI w/Trigger)

This is my first cycle with the RE. After my CD3 b/w and ultrasound last week, I got the go-ahead to start the Clomid (CD3-7) and to start using OPK's on CD10, which will be Wednesday. I was told that even if I see a faint line on the OPK I should come in for an ultrasound to check follicle growth. If I do not detect a surge by CD15, I'm to go in CD16 for another scan and if follicles are good enough size, they will adminster the trigger shot. (and DH needs to be "on call" any of these days I go in)

My question is...I will be having back to back IUI's, do they do the first IUI the same day as the trigger, or do they do it the next day?

Each RE is different...most do one IUI the day of trigger and then the day after...some do the IUI's one and two days after trigger.
You would have to check with your RE to make sure.

I agree that all REs are different. With mine, I had the trigger in the morning (they administered it), and had IUIs at 24 and 48 hours after the trigger (so the next two mornings).

Agree with everyone here. My RE had me do the trigger the night before and then I go in the next morning for the IUI

my RE does one iui 36 hrs after the trigger. I'm not sure what is better.
