Question for buyers (sellers might be able to help too)
We had our inspection done on Saturday, May 19th. When should we expect to hear from our lawyer saying that he received the contracts from the seller's attorney?

the sellers attorney should have sent over the contracts to your attorney the same day he got a copy of the binder. are you going thru a realtor? they should've faxed a copy of the binder to both attorneys. the contracts are faxed from s/atty to b/atty so there shouldnt really be a delay.
eta: call your attorney and make sure they have them. if they dont, THEY should've been the ones making a call as to why not. you're losing valuable time. in the meantime, the seller can keep showing the house until the contracts are signed.
