Question for Computer Experts
I desperately need to clear up some space on the memory card in my digital camera. I went to Staples today and had CD-R discs in my hand but then looked over and saw DVD+R discs, that store not only phoots and music but video, which i need. I bought them.
I get home and my computer won't even recognize the discs. Am i missing important software, did i buy the wrong type of disc, will Staples take back the discs if i already opened the package?
I feel so dumb and so mad because this was my Saturday night project after ds went to bed!
TIA!

Re: Question for Computer Experts
You need to have a DVD drive in your computer. They won't work in just a CD drive.

Re: Question for Computer Experts
Probably yes. Slim chance no. Just explain, I'm sure it's happened before.

Re: Question for Computer Experts
For about $70, you could buy a USB DVD drive from Staples.
