question for girls who have had a chemical
How long after your chemical m/c did you get your period? The chemical I just had was my 2nd m/c. With my first m/c I had to have a D&C and AF came 6 weeks later.
But I thought for sure because this last one was a chemical and no D&C was needed that I would get my period by now....just feels like its been such a long time. I just wanna get started again already

Your beta has to go down before you'll get a bleed. I take it you stopped any progesterone? How high was your beta?

Actually I bled last month and I thought I wasnt preg but then when I went to the RE for my CD3 bloodwork the blood test showed I was in fact pregnant. But the numbers were low and they didnt know if it would be viable (that was Oct. 31)
About a week later they told me there was no hope because the beta had drop down to less than 5.

 Got my positive beta for my chemical 3/1, stopped PIO 3/5, got my AF on 3/8 ( from stopping PIO)
Got real AF on approx 3/23

I didn't have a chemical, but an early m/c... but when I had mine, my doc was checking my beta levels to make sure they went back to 0. Once they do, you should get AF soon

You really should have gotten it by now. I would call you RE's office. They may have to give you Provera.

i would call dr stelling too. you should have gotten af by now again... its been a month now. ur levels were below a 5 a month ago... how long is ur cycle for?

I had 2 chemicals. With the first one I got AF on time and didn't even know I was pregnant. With the second I got AF on time, stopped bleeding, and then started bleeding again. Once the bleeding of the miscarriage ended and my beta dropped below 5, I got AF about 30 days later.
