question for those that use sleep positioners

Emma hasn't started to roll over yet but I was wondering how many months do you use a sleep positioner for?

Re: question for those that use sleep positioners

DS is 3 months & is beginning turn in the positioner if we do not swaddle him. As soon as he stops mashing his face into the mattress while he sleeps we will take the positioner out of the co-sleeper.

Re: question for those that use sleep positioners

We used it for 5 months. How old is your DD?

ETA: Paige is close to 7 months old but still doesnt roll - even without the sleep positioner. But she does sleep on her side now when she naps.

Re: question for those that use sleep positioners

I was using the one with the incline and when I moved DD to the crib from the bassinett she would move so much that she would slide right down and her head would be between the 2 wedges so I changed to the sleep positioner that is just the wedges. I now find the sleep positioner at one end of the crib and DD at the other end not facing the way I put her to sleep. She is 4 months and I was hoping she would use it a little longer. I'm so scared that she is going to roll over in her sleep.
