Question for those who do Paleo
How much fruit is allowed? I just started paleo, I'm ending day 4. Should I be limiting my fruit intake in the beginning? I have been eating an apple with almond butter every day. Is this bad?

Fruits are allowed. If you are doing this to specifically lose weight then you want to limit how much you have. But one apple a day is far from over doing it so I htink you are fine.

Thanks for responding. I am trying to burn some fat off. I'm not overweight by any means. Just need to lose some of the excess jiggle. I was concerned about the fruit because up until now I was capable of eating fruit all day long. That's why I wanted to know how much is too much.
Thanks again.

Re: Question for those who do Paleo
i'm doing it for health, not to lose weight. plus i am more active than the diet recommends you should be... so i have as much fruit as i want (including a banbana every day). (i do primal blueprint which is similar to paleo). you are supossed to stick with the lower carb fruits... berries, cherries, apples, pears, grapefruit.

I'm definitely in it for the health benefits as well. Losing some excess jiggle is a bonus. I attend a bootcamp five days a week, so I am doing intense workouts. I feel Luke the fruit satisfies my sweet tooth. Thank you for the help.
