question for those who only pump

how much milk do you pump at a time and how much total in a day? TIA

I am down to pumping 4 times a day and pump ~31-33 ounces a day. DS is 19 weeks old.

most moms can only pump 2 oz at a time total so the total for the day depends on how many times you pump. there's a discussion board on kellymom.com devoted to moms who exclusively pump if you're looking for feedback from multiple moms. I bought a hands free where I can double pump and that allowed me to get a little more than the 2 i was getting individually. Then I was able to get 3 oz each time. I pumped every 2 hours to keep my supply up.

When I was pumping I pumped around 10 oz am, another 10 oz in the evening and maybe 6-8 oz at around 11...

In the beginning, I was pumping up to 60oz. a day! Once it evened out, I was getting close to 36oz. a day. I stocked everyone's freezer in my family!

at the beginning 40 oz
then 36 oz now im getting 12-14 in the am and 12 at night. lately the supply has gone down 6 oz and told to add a pump during the day to get more milk. my daughter is 8 months old and takes 25 oz.
