Question for those with green thumbs...
While walking around my neighborhood I've noticed these very tall plants with flowers - like 10 feet tall that don't have much spread. I've seen pink and purple ones. I'd love to get them but I have no idea what they are. Any ideas?

I was going to say these as well. I have them in my house, my sister has them in her house and they're all over GA. Love them in all colors!

Re: Question for those with green thumbs...
Be careful with the Rose of Sharon!!!! They self seed! They are gorgeous though!
We pulled out like 15 of those this spring & Summer! I only have 3 left in the yard & I think I will plant them all together next spring.
