Question on Follicle and size....saw RE this morning
I need some help since this is all new to me and thought this would be the perfect place.
i am seing a RE whi is monitering me to see when i ovulate to help with TTC
today is cd13 and she saw one follivle 18.5cm
and said i should ovulate by this weekend but my question is should i have more then one?
this is all new to me and so confusing..

Did you have any smaller follicles that they just didnt mention the size? Its normal to just have one dominant follie.

you should only have more than one if you took any drugs to produce additional follies..

just metformin. were just tracking to see if i ovulate on my own but after my appt i looked online and saw some had more then one and then i started worrying lol

if you dont ovulate or have pcos then the odds are you will only produce one... people that ovulate have a greater chance of producing more!! Good luck!!!!!!

I DO ovulate on my own and have had sonos near O time both on clomid and off, and ive had small follies that were basically unmentionable and then one that was obviously dominant.
