Question on Prenatal "One a Day"
anyone take this with the DHA?
I'm not prego, but we were talking about trying. Last time I started TTC the OB gave me a prescription. It was pricey, but I used it everyday and throughout my pregnancy
We're talking about TTC and I wanted to get a good prenatal Vit. Are the One a Day plus the DHA liquid gels good?

I take the One A Day with the separate DHA pills, it's a combo pack, the Regular Prenatal in One bottle, the DHA gel caps in another bottle.
If those are the ones you are talking about, so far they are great. I took another prenatal that made me very nautious, and so far, these haven't had that effect. I found them at Harmons for $16 for a 30 day supply.

If those are the ones you are talking about, so far they are great. I took another prenatal that made me very nautious, and so far, these haven't had that effect. I found them at Harmons for $16 for a 30 day supply.
I take the same ones and haven't had any issues. I originally started out on prescription vitamins and went through a few diff kinds and they all make me SO SICK!

I take the Rainbow Light Just one Prenatal viatmin. Has DHA in it. Doesn't upset my stomach. Can be found in Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Sherrys, or you can buy online. I don't think it is too expensive either. $30 for about 2 months worth.

these r great, my gyn approves and they didnt make me sick like the prescirption ones did... And 16.99 a month sure beats the 48 i was paying for the script

See if you Dr. has samples. You can usually get a good 30 day supply that way.

I took the one a day prenatals until I got pregnant then I switched to the precription. My Dr said they were fine.

I take these also, but I didn't know it had DHA in it, was taking a separate DHA supplement. Do you think that is bad?

i take the one a day's and love them. i did the prescription ones for awhile, but they were so expensive, so i went back to these.

I've been taking these since even before getting PG! Best vitamin I've ever taken. I was so glad my OB told me I could stay on them.

I take them. They are good, but I need to take them on a full stomach, otherwise they make me really nauseous.
