What type of chocolate do you reccomend to melt for cake balls?

And where can I find this local?

i get the chocolate candy from Michaels - i think the brand is Wilsons.

I get chocolate at The Chocolate Duck in Farmingdale. Real chocolate tastes so much better than the candy melts.

you really only need one bag, but i always get 2 just in case!
